Comforia Residential Reit Inc. is an investment company in rental residences, mainly "in the Tokyo metropolitan area", "for singles and small families". These residences are likely to receive stronger demand as the number of households increases with changes in the social and economic environment. The number of households is expected to increase in the Tokyo area and the Tokyo metropolitan area. Financial Data:

For the six months ended 31 January 2019, Comforia Residential Investment Corp revenues increased 10% to Y8.13B. Net income increased 19% to Y3.17B. Revenues reflect Rent revenue-real estate increase of 7% to Y7.59B, Other lease business revenue increase of 8% to Y274.7M. Net income benefited from Amortization of investment unit issuance decrease of 20% to Y13.6M (expense).

RSI is increasing without any Divergence.
